Hello Fight Fans,

I'm Reshad Woods ("The Show")and I currently reside in Northern Virginia (VA). I'm a professional MMA or Mixed Martial Arts fighter. I've got a great fight record and I want a chance to fight the best. I'm having trouble getting fights because I keep walking through my opponents.

I'm hoping that maybe the right person will see my blog and check out some of my fight highlight videos. My last fight was at the George Mason University Patriot Center in Fairfax Va. I fought a guy that was from Maryland and one that fight by a body slam and Knock Out Punch combonation.

I spend my days at the gym (One Spirit Martial Arts) traing in several Martial Art styles. I currently train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under the world famous Pedro Sauer. The time on the mat with Pedro Sauer as your instructor is unmeasurable for improving your Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) game. Thanks to Pedro Sauer and the One Spirit Team my grappling is rapidly become a force to be messed with.

I also train in MMA or Mixed Martial Arts directly under a former UFC fighter from back in the early days. His name is Aaron Riley and he is still very much a Banger. He also fought at the last fight I had for the UWC (Ultimate Warrior Challenge). Aaron Riley won by decision and was fighting a very great Brazilian Jiu Jitsu technician from Brazil.
Aaron Riley knows how to coach and push his fighters. It's great having him in my corner, he's cool in and out of the gym.

I also train Crossfit as often as I can it is a killer workout to warm-up with. Gabe is my trainer for that and he makes it a point to kick my ass every time. Thanks Gabe! I think a ton of gyms are picking up on the need for Crossfit Training. I'm a Muay Thai kickboxing Instructor as well as a Muay Thai student under a former Professional fighter with over 350 fights (Never Knocked Out) and his name is Master Danny. Thanks to Master Danny, my game has improved by leaps and bounds.

I also have spent many of my younger years boxing and have very fast, hard hitting hands. Boxing was great when I was young but once I saw the UFC my life had new meaning. i immediately found a place train in Florida which is where I'm from. The sport of MMA was now moving at light speed and I jumped on for the ride.

The problem I'm having is that I want to fight better fighters from more popular fight venues in places like Las Vegas or Atlantic city. I want people betting their lives on me to win. I hate to let people down so I will fight my heart out evry time. Although most of my fights don't go to the the second round but at last you get a great 1 1/2 minutes of the first round to watch.

Because my life is so busy and I don't have anyone beating down doors for me, I'm forced to pay for websites like this one to try and get noticed so I can get my chance at the big time. However I do appreciate the guys at UWC finding me fights. The problem is, it doesn't pay the bills. I also feel like I'd get much better competition in the UFC or maybe the Elite XC (Showtime)or WEC.

I'm not getting any younger and I'm at the top of my game right now and will fight anyone that's put in front of me. If your looking for a reliable referance just ask Clinton "RAMPAGE" Jackson he was at my last fight and even commented on my brutal win. This is how I fight every time in the cage. I'm not a big trash talker but love it when someone talks trash about me. That's like slapping a Bull in the face. There's nothing more important to me then to shut up trash talking fighters.

So hopefully this blog catches someones attention and maybe they can think of some way to get me in touch with Dana White the UFC President and have him check out my videos. I'm no joke and I will put butts in seats GUARANTEED!!

I'm not one of those fighters that stand around either. I prefer to go right after it!

I will also fight on short notice because I'm always in shape and I don't care how good my opponent is.
